A discussion ensued as to how peace could be achieved and how individuals could be instrumental in peace building. .Rev. Kleefy and his daughter shared that the family is the key to bringing peace. The evening was further enriched by the Japanese choir performing several songs.

·         The International Day of Peace was also commemorated during a special program in conjunction with the International Drop-In Center (IDIC).

·         The monthly prayer breakfast of the American Clergy Leadership Conference was also dedicated to the theme of the UN’s International Day of Peace.
